The Notifications option allows the Administrator to view and edit the email template for the Sender

and/or the Recipient Notification email. The notifications themselves are activated in the following

policy areas and can be turned on when a specific policy action has been violated and they can be

sent to either the email sender and/or email recipient of the message that violated the policy.

 Virus- Quarantined, Denied Delivery and Stripped

 Content - Quarantined and Denied Delivery

 Attachment - Quarantined, Denied Delivery and Stripped

 Enforced TLS – Denied delivery

One notification template is available for each threat, associated action and for the sender and/or

recipient. If the notification is activated in the specific threat area, a green check displays in the In

Use column.
